After its establishment, the company has set up a mutually trusting relationship with its clients through good standing. Detailed measures of after-sales service are as follows:
1.To provide free software, hardware maintenance training and relevant materials; To providing irregular user training sessions;
2.To offer sufficient fragile components; to provide maintenance handbooks to users;
3.To provide lifespan warranty of products, including two-year free maintenance, and cost maintenance after that;
4.Call visit system( usually 1 time/2 months);
5.Regular patrolling maintenance by maintenance personnel of the company(l time/12 months for users outside Shenzhen; 1 time/6 months for users inside Shenzhen);
6.If the displays encounter any fault; after receiving the maintenance call, we will respond within 2 hours, and send field personnel.
